McBrick Building Group was established in 2000. Noel Weiss currently serves as its president. Noel started his industry career in 1971 framing houses while on summer break from Kutztown University. The project involved completely renovating the 40th floor of the existing building, re-configuring, and updating the 41st, and cutting in a grand floating staircase that would link the two floors. The staircase, in particular, holds a complex design that required a variety of materials and finishes.
