The project design preserved several features of the previous warehouse, like exposed ductwork and concrete floors, but added many new amenities, like heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and additional windows for more natural light. Everything was performed at a reduced rate to provide the nonprofit group with a beautiful and functional new space.
