When it comes to Coyle Contracting, we were especially taken with this tenant improvement project completed for the Food Network. It spans over 14,000 square feet and was crafted with the vision of the talented professionals and architects over at Design Republic. This gorgeous project is only one of over a dozen of excellent tenant improvements it has managed throughout the years. Some of its other notable works include improvements for Kate Spade and Tory Burch. The firm offers a full range of general contracting and construction management services.
The firm’s team of committed and skilled professionals handles every aspect of tenant improvement, from pre-construction and budget preparation to management and actual renovation. These services are provided in partnership with several of long-trusted subcontractors. Through the use of an Integrated Project Delivery and design-build approach, the firm has been able to take on assignments from a wide variety of markets. The depicted project above was completed for Sumitomo Electric. The firm was called in four months prior to the beginning of construction and was tasked with its expansion. The result was this bright, minimalist space complete with high ceilings and LED lighting.

The firm is led by its founder, Joseph Klaynberg, who built the firm from the ground up and is a veteran in the industry. Located on 30 West 21st Street, the chosen office space above was completed as a part of a luxury corporate building that contains twelve floors. For this project, the firm was tasked with large-scale renovation, updates, and restoration. The building’s exteriors were restored to their original Neo-Renaissance historic façade with skillful copper and terracotta accents. Inside, its new and modern open loft-style was designed to complement some traditional elements the firm’s team chose to retain.
