This beautiful office blends both the history of the building as a meetinghouse and the future and identity of the company occupying it now. This 60,000-square-foot office building was a design-build project, created in a contemporary style, that flaunts the company’s identity. It features a two-story glass lobby that mirrors Garmin’s worldwide headquarters, especially with the blue and azure banded glass. Meanwhile, its interior office maximized the use of natural light and contemporary color schemes on the work areas to create a bright and welcoming workplace environment that is a pleasure to work in. On top of these design choices, this building also makes use of photovoltaic solar panels that provide near-net-zero energy use and has helped in earning it a LEED Gold Certification as the NAIOP LEED Project of the Year award for 2014.


Corgan

Corgan is a leading architecture and design firm that has been in the business for 84 years now. Since its establishment in 1938, it has strived to maintain a strong reputation for its great customer service that places the client’s best interest at the forefront of the design. A glimpse of Corgan’s office design work is pictured below. The Indeed Regional Office in Scottsdale was completed by Corgan. Corgan worked on the interior renovation of this 52,000-square-foot former shopping mall after the company’s Scottsdale office tripled in size. To capture the spirit and local flair of Arizona, this unique building’s interior is decorated with glass decals and wall graphics that are reminiscent of the surrounding desert in Arizona.

Additionally, warm earth tones and materials were used as a nod to the arid climate. Thanks to the building’s history as a former mall, this office boasts a unique floorplan and large windows that take in abundant natural light to keep the workspaces bright and airy. To provide for the needs of the youthful staff, the office was also designed with amenities like a large cafe that offers beverages and snacks, local beer and cold brew on tap, and even a fitness center that has showers, a wellness room, and a designated meditation room.


Ayers Saint Gross

Since 1912, Ayers Saint Gross has been designing environments of enduring value. Much of its work is in the educational field, with many of its projects in colleges, universities, and cultural facilities. As an internationally-recognized, employee-owned firm, its designs — be it in the educational field or the commercial market — are inspired by critical and analytical discourse, a respect for the past, and a mind to the future.

For its exceptional work, it has been recognized with a whole range of awards through the years. This industrial office space embodies the company’s branding with its vibrant and contemporary color scheme. triARC Architecture & Design

For 15 years now, triARC Architecture & Design has offered architecture and interior design services for clients in retail, healthcare, senior living, multi-family, restaurant, and commercial office clients. It was ranked as one of the largest Phoenix area architecture firms in the Phoenix Business Journal back in 2020 and has been featured in AZ Big Media, Uptown Magazine, Phoenix Business Journal, Real Estate Daily News, and AZCentral.

Above is triARC’s work on Pixa, a 6,700-square-foot office space that was designed so that people could walk in and immediately know what the business is all about. Pixa’s branding can be seen throughout the workplace, right from its bold graphical greeting and the entrance of the office paired with a QR code that linked people to the company’s story, to its minimalist yet fun color palette. triARC also had more than a handful of necessary creative workarounds for this project. For starters, to create an open ceiling look without the costs, the team painted the ceiling black and opted for a drop grid design that guides the people’s eyes from the entry to where the employees work. Another cost-effective design choice they made was to paint the door frames silver to create a clean and fresh look without the cost.


FM Solutions, Inc.

FM Solutions is one of Arizona’s top architectural design firms. In the Clear Channel Outdoors project, FM Solutions designed its new executive HQ and assisted in the relocation of its existing facility. Even with an expedited schedule, FM Solutions was able to create a lovely 30,000-square-foot office that houses an inviting lobby, board room, executive offices, open and private offices, support spaces, and a break room and lounge where employees can rest. Throughout this project, FM Solutions maintained an open and collaborative process where the team worked closely with the owner, project manager, and building owner to make sure that everything flowed smoothly.
