Completed in collaboration with the professionals over at TSK Architects, Sinanian completed this project in 2016. It is composed of 159 dwelling units and seven retail spaces. The building also has two levels of subterranean resident parking, a fitness center, a pool, and a courtyard.
2507 Empire Avenue, Burbank, CA 91504
Founded in 1914, McCormick Construction operates out of its office in Burbank and offers its clients a diverse array of commercial renovation and construction services. The firm assists its clients at every step, from preconstruction and general contracting to finish and construction management. It is also known for its great design-build approach, which allows it to keep the entire process in-house. It is the first LEED-certified green residential building in the city of Burbank. There is a Whole Foods Market on the ground floor, and other great amenities include a fitness center, a private spa, and a business center. The firm also designed solar power and solar heating capabilities.
