It is no secret that building multifamily home projects can be challenging with all the intricacies they require. Complex projects, such as these homes with multiple units and varying amenities, require expertise from contractors seasoned with large-scale projects and unorthodox residential features.

In order to arrive with the list of best possible multifamily contractors in Houston, our team assessed hundreds of contractors working in the city. The team collected and rated these firms using different criteria, including relevant awards, press features, and quality of work. We also took customer ratings, work history, affiliations, and business tenure into account to come up with this list.

Firms on this list have thorough experience in constructing multifamily projects and other equivalently challenging build-outs. Those who intend to push forward these investments should consider these time-tested firms well.

If you are thinking about building a multifamily project, we recommend checking each builder’s license with the local licensing board, speaking to past clients, and using our bidding system to get competitive quotes from at least 3 contractors. Getting multiple bids is the best way to ensure you get a fair price and that bids include the complete scope of work.
