As healthcare systems continue to improve and medical technology increases, more specialized healthcare institutions are starting to emerge. From volume-based clinics and outpatient centers, the healthcare industry is now giving more focus to smaller, more specialized clinics, outpatient centers, and medical offices. With this in mind, we searched hundreds of contractors across the nation to come up with this list of the best contractors for doctor’s offices.

These contractors have decades of experience in the industry, assuring clients that each healthcare facility, outpatient center, and doctor’s office center will be constructed with the utmost care and precision. These facilities require construction expertise to ensure that each building is constructed according to industry standards. We decided to feature the builders who have been serving the healthcare industry and have completed successful and award-winning healthcare projects. We evaluated these contractors based on the industry awards they have garnered, the quality and number of their healthcare and medical office projects, their affiliations and accreditations, and the overall quality of their projects in their service areas. Many of these builders have also received national awards and have been ranked among the nation’s leading contractors in the healthcare industry.

If you are thinking about building a doctor’s office, we recommend checking each builder’s license with the local licensing board, speaking to past clients, and using our bidding system to get competitive quotes from at least 3 contractors. Getting multiple bids is the best way to ensure you get a fair price and that bids include the complete scope of work.
