Taking inspiration from the district’s vibrant atmosphere and culture, the Gateway features a mural on the exterior cladding of the covered parking area while maintaining a sustainable overall design. The office spaces have floor-to-ceiling windows, and amenities include a private rooftop terrace. The design process of the Wynwood Gateway was led by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design. The project won the first award in the Office Building (Concept) category of the Global Design & Architecture Design Awards in 2019.


SKLARchitecture

SKLARchitecture is an architecture and design firm based in Hollywood, Florida. Since its inception in 1996, the firm has taken a unique approach to design that combines a total of 85 years of experience in the industry and its commitment to providing sustainable design solutions. Constructed within 10 months, the CB2 mall is a three-story building, with continuous glass panels on the ground floor and a two-story retail space wrapped in white paneling and transparent glass.

MODIS oversaw the design process of Tower Shops Phase I in Davie, Florida. The project was completed in 2013, with the firm giving the 420,000-square-foot power shopping center a renovation costing around $2,900,000. This upgrade included façade redesigns for seven of the major tenants in the shopping center as well as some of the smaller retail exterior façades.
