Lowe Enterprises partnered with BCCI Construction to work on Clearview Business Park. As the project’s general contractor, the firm did the upgrading and repositioning of four campus buildings. The scope of work included interior demolition, seismic and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades, and major mechanical and electrical systems improvements. The Medallia Corporate Headquarters in San Mateo is part of DPR’s corporate projects portfolio. It is a 222,000-square-foot project featuring design-build work. The space uses a mix of technology and non-traditional design to cater to the client’s global diversity, transparency, and connectivity. To create small meeting spaces for employees, DPR identified “leftover” spaces between buildings. This design makes use of areas that would typically go to waste during designing an area. Other features include vibrant booths for informal work, expansive coffee bars, an outdoor entertainment area, and 750 height-adjustable workstations.


Truebeck Construction

Truebeck Construction also worked on  Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) and structural upgrades. Pivotal’s office has space for computer lab use and open office work with several data drops/workstations. Everything was finished in two phases to accommodate the logistical needs of an existing tenant that was moving out and Pivotal’s move-in requirements.


South Bay Construction

South Bay Construction did tenant improvement work for Sierra Ventures in San Mateo. The Prometheus Corporate Office is one of Hillhouse Construction’s San Mateo projects. This is a 25,000-square-foot building that features executive offices, an open-office landscape, a high-end lobby, and a conference area. Hillhouse Corporation used wood and glass window wall systems, architectural wood paneling, suspended wood ceiling systems, stone flooring, and built-in cabinetry.

Among NOVO’s clients is GoPro; the firm worked on the office in San Mateo. The firm provided tenant improvement work on the first to third floors of the building. NOVO made improvements on the design of numerous conference rooms, a board room, training rooms, huddle rooms, phone rooms, an all-hands area, a coffee bar, and a restroom.

201 B Street is one of Cody|Brock’s projects in the downtown San Mateo area. The project features the office tenant improvement of a historic building. Second Measure, the client, wanted to have a space where employees from both of their San Mateo offices could work collaboratively under one roof. Second Measure occupies the basement, first floor, and second floor of this building. In the basement, Cody|Brock created breakout conference rooms, an all-hands meeting area, a break room, and restroom cores. The second floor features an open exposed wood ceiling with raw steel supports, exposed brick perimeter walls, and an office work area.

The Phoenix office features 770 workstations, 24 meeting rooms, and 48 stations for support personnel. The Nashville headquarters has a three-story atrium, while the San Mateo office has 3,000 square feet worth of tenant improvement work across three floors.
