The featured project located on Ocean View Avenue started as an old, small run-down house and garage with very little space. The goal for this space was to transform it into a tropical, modern home. It now features a second level above the existing garage and an all-new and converted second space for a single-tenant that includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It borrowed several mid-century modern design elements and inserted custom touches of reclaimed Missouri oak as well.
