It has also taken on several retail, educational, and multi-family projects. 

Located in Arvada, the depicted project spans over 142,180 square feet. It was completed for Griffin Opportunities. The firm’s team made the most out of the area’s excellent views. The structures were painted tilt-up concrete with various fantastic details.

Foothills Commercial Builders is a leading design-build professional that operates out of its headquarters in Centennial. The design-build approach keeps the entire process in-house so that clients don’t have to find additional subcontractors and professionals during the construction process. The firm has been in business since 1986 and oversees everything, including base building, land, and site work. Its portfolio showcases an excellent range of healthcare, automotive, veterinary, and cultural spaces. It has also worked on various veterinary offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and commercial offices. The project below best showcases the firm’s talent and expertise.

Completed for Steep Tea & Coffee, this project spans over 1,200 square feet. The firm’s team made use of an excellent design-build process for this particular space.
