The store area is spacious, with a lot of room to walk around while trying on different pieces from the eyewear collection that lines its walls. The more enclosed examination areas also provide a comfortable venue for the optometry practice.

Vision Wellness entrusted this space as well as its first branch in Avondale to Crosspoint Contracting, a family-owned and operated firm that has been serving Arizona for over a decade. Owner Clifford Zillweger has been managing construction projects in the Phoenix area for over 15 years and brings a broad knowledge of occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) and building safety codes to both the residential and commercial projects the firm undertakes. 


Belmontez Construction LLC

Belmontez Construction performed a full interior renovation of Comfort Suites Glendale’s public spaces, as well as some of the guest rooms. The firm updated the front desk and the fireplace in the lobby area with a new stacked stone façade. Military gear manufacturer TYR Tactical’s location in Peoria houses both a warehouse facility and a sprawling showroom for both consumer and wholesale clients. Within the 70,423-square-foot space, you’ll find a two-story mezzanine office and fully conditioned space for business operations. The steel beams on the exterior are softened by the aluminum panels surrounding the window walls on the façade to suit its dual function as a production and retail outlet.

The space was built by LGE Design Build, a firm that has been building throughout Arizona since 1994. It has been led by President and CEO David E. Sellers since 2000. Sellers established the LGE Design Group in 2014 to serve as the firm’s architectural arm. LGE has designed and built over 1,000 projects totaling over 20 million square feet, ranging from $1 million to $50 million in value.


Caliente Construction

Winner of the 2017 AIA Arizona Design Merit Award, Caliente Construction transformed a 1950s Quonset Hut at Joe’s Farm Grill in Gilbert into the Barnone Craftsmen Community. Project Q entailed the addition of 4,500 square feet to the existing 12,000-square-foot structure to create maker space, retail facilities, and restaurant space for small businesses. Today, it is home to twelve of Arizona’s best local artisans, from woodworkers to experimental winemakers.
