The firm has completed multi-unit residential neighborhoods, multi-unit apartment complexes, commercial and retail facilities, industrial and institutional facilities, and healthcare and educational buildings. Some of the firm’s past clients include Alaska Airlines, Safeway Corporation, Anchorage School District, and many other major Alaska building owners. 

Another example of the firm’s work is the Office Depot in Midtown and Downtown Anchorage. Unit Company General Contractors was selected to construct two 34,000-square-foot retail facilities for two owners under a fast-track design-build contract. Building construction involved concrete slab-on-grade, masonry exterior walls, structural steel, a metal deck, and an EPDM roof. Despite one of the sites unexpectedly revealing contaminated soil, which had to be remediated, the firm completed the facilities 120 days after the notice to proceed was issued and finished to work without any extension to the contract completion date.
