Its open floorplan gives it a modern touch while its warm color palette is inviting and homey. The firm behind this renovation, Landmark Builders, is no stranger to distinction. The firm is proud to have been recognized for excellence by the Building Industry Association (BIA) and NARI multiple times since its inception in 1997, including over 21 Contractor of the Year Awards from the latter organization. The home features multiple custom finishes and elements like the built-in shelves depicted in the photos. Completed earlier this year, the project cost approximately $750k. Each of its rooms comes with its very own lively feature: its bathrooms are tiled in quirky green patterns, its kitchen has eye-catching backsplashes, and several of the bedroom rooms with uniquely patterned walls. This home, of course, is only one out of PROYECTO’s numerous exciting projects. Its portfolio is a gallery of unique designs, including various art deco inspired spaces as well as the latest contemporary kitchens and bathrooms.
