The firm began its process by creating an arched opening leading into the new unit and just inside it. It then proceeded to add a wine room complete with a wet bar and a double wine refrigerator. The more active areas of the space—the living and dining spaces—were transformed into a master bedroom complete with a sitting area and an office.
