The loft showcased below was first remodeled in Portland’s Pearl District in 2011. It was taken on again by Rainbow Valley after its owners bought the unit situated next to it. The firm began its process by creating an arched opening leading into the new unit and just inside it. It then proceeded to add a wine room complete with a wet bar and a double wine refrigerator. The more active areas of the space—the living and dining spaces—were transformed into a master bedroom complete with a sitting area and an office. The entirely remodeled bathroom features a new vanity built around an old-style wall as well as a walk-in shower. This is only one of the firm’s numerous impressive and outstanding projects.
