Black Rock Construction Management

Key Construction

Considered one of the country’s leading commercial construction companies, Key Construction serves nearly 40 states nationwide. This wide range has brought the firm clients a variety of projects. Its portfolio includes highly complex and demanding projects such as medical offices and industrial centers as well as a large number of mid-sized projects and small projects like historical renovations and remodels. With its experience in crafting various projects, the firm has been consistently ranked as one of the Top 400 General Contractors by Engineering News-Record (ENR). The firm has also been featured in Architect Magazine, Tulsa World, and Public Radio Tulsa. 

Among its many projects, its most notable work might be Tulsa Hills. Known to be the city’s biggest retail development since the opening of Woodland Hills Mall in the 1970s, Tulsa Hills is a $26 million center with over 350,000-square-feet of junior anchor stores, including Best Buy, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less, and Marshalls. 

Rick Scott Construction

Among its many projects, its most notable retail work might be for Jiffy Trip.

A new prototype for the Jiffy Trip convenience store chain, it contains over 6,500-square-feet of space along with over 56,000-square-feet of concrete paving. Its exterior finishes include brick, stone, ceramic tiles, and reclaimed wood paneling. These projects are currently managed and guided by company president and CEO Rick Scott. A graduate of Northern Oklahoma College, Scott worked in the construction industry for 19 years before establishing his firm. 

Rupe Helmer Group

Rupe Helmer Group provides commercial site development, construction, design, expert brokerage teams, property management, and tenant relations. The firm has been providing these services since 2002 and after all these years, it is still recognized as one of the leaders in construction, development, brokerage, and property management in Oklahoma.
