McCormick Construction

Founded in 1914, McCormick Construction operates out of its office in Burbank and offers its clients a diverse array of commercial renovation and construction services. The above project showcases its expertise. Located in Beverly Hills, this project was completed for Wally’s. It entailed working on an extensive 6,000 square foot area of existing retail space. The scope of work included demolition of the original interior space and seismic upgrades to the building, in addition to adding finishing touches to the kitchen and bathrooms.


Letter Four

Headquartered in Culver City, Alonzo Construction has been in business since 1985. It specializes in custom residential and commercial projects and has worked in some of the best areas in Southern California. At the firm’s helm is its founder and namesake, Ernesto Alonzo. The depicted project was completed back in April of 2016. It was constructed for the Library Store for the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. For this project, its team opted for a sleek and modern design complete with excellent cabinetry and shelving. 


DPT Construction

Founded in 1996, DPT Construction extends its services throughout the Los Angeles area. It is highly regarded for its tenant improvements and commercial spaces. The firm has curated an excellent portfolio of hotel renovations, commercial retail, tenant improvement, institutional, restaurants, and residential projects. It works closely with owners and general contractors, emphasizing the importance of close communication throughout the entire process.
