TEAMWRKX Construction, Inc.

Completed in collaboration with the professionals at Thiel & Thiel, this project spans over 7,456 square feet. It was designed and constructed for the Ruby Hill Country Club and ARCIS Equity Partners back in 2016. Its dining lounge, wine room, and cellar are particularly impressive.


Build Group, Inc.

Depicted above is one of the firm’s best projects from the firm’s portfolio. Completed for Carolina Herrera, this space spans over 2,412 square feet. It has an open concept floor plan, ample lighting, and glass-paneled shelving.


Hillhouse Construction

Headquartered in San Jose, Hillhouse offers its clients a complete and comprehensive range of services. It is regarded for its environmentally-responsive projects and strives to incorporate high efficiency into its spaces. Skyline worked closely with MSA Architects to build a high-end retail store uniquely designed to display their cutting-edge electronics. b8ta’s retail stores focus on product discovery and interaction. Their mission is to make retail accessible to all, and the store was designed to allow customers to have hands-on access to all products, allowing consumers to find solutions to improve the home, engage the senses, encourage play and more. Skyline joined the team during preconstruction and was able to provide the client with cost-saving alternatives, constructability reviews and coordination with the landlord’s contractor that was completing the exterior building renovations. The space feels open and inviting with its pinpoint lighting, multi-level displays, custom ceilings and signage, and mix of finish textures.


South Bay Construction
