The firm is licensed to work throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and West Virginia. You’ll see a diverse range of project types in its portfolio, including retail, automotive, restaurant, and education. It has also taken on several religious structures, industrial facilities, and convenience stores.
At the firm’s helm is president David Dean. He is an alumnus of Sayre School and the Construction Management Program at Eastern Kentucky University. He first gained experience working with Gray Construction in 1994. While there, he was named the company’s Vice President of the Southeast Region in 2003. Miranda Construction has been in business since 2016 and has had the opportunity to work with some of the area’s fastest-growing companies. Since its establishment, the firm has had the opportunity to work on over 500 projects and has been featured in publications like the Inc. 5000. It is particularly noted for its great design-build packages, which allow it to keep the entire process in-house. The firm is also known for its construction management.
The featured project was designed and completed for Zappo’s Beyond Unboxed. Located in Louisville, it features a great contemporary theme and custom lighting. Some other great details include its shelving and neutral color palette.

Located in Louisville, the featured project was completed for Blue Grass Motorsports, a long-term client of the firm. The project serves as service drop areas for Land Rover, Jaguar, and Alfa Romeo. All in all, the project spans 45,352 square feet and required the firm to work on its exterior cladding and glass.
