These firms are also proud recipients of countless industry accolades and have since been featured in a variety of publications. 


TEAMWRKX Construction, Inc.

Founded in 2004, TEAMWRKX offers its clients a complete and comprehensive range of services. It operates out of its office in San Jose and has since secured a solid reputation for itself. The company credits its success to the experience of its talented team of professionals. Together, they have completed 5,400 spaces and have overseen all of them from start to finish. The firm has completed projects for brands like GoPro, Jaguar, Apple, and Facebook. Its portfolio also depicts spaces for Honda, Chevrolet, and BMW. Completed in collaboration with the great people over at Thiel &Thiel, this project spans over 7,456 square feet and was completed within a five-month timeframe. For this, the firm’s team had to work on its dining lounge, a wine room, and its cellar. It also installed new MEP and framed infrastructure, in addition to an all-new layout. 


Skyline

Servicing the greater San Francisco Bay area, Skyline Construction is an employee-owned firm that specializes in working on corporate office interiors. The firm is a part of a family of construction companies that have serviced areas throughout the country, and it has become well-known for its team’s talents and expertise. Founded in 1996, it proudly serves as a woman-led enterprise. The Skyline team has transformed various spaces into dynamic and unique offices, and it has received numerous recognitions. Its portfolio demonstrates its completed projects in the healthcare, financial, and retail sectors. The firm has also worked on a variety of headquarters.

The project above was completed for Chipotle and was finished within a twelve-week timeframe. It was designed by the professionals of FHA Architects. For this, the firm’s team was tasked with converting an existing ground-floor office suite into a restaurant. It also worked on its new heat pumps, a pollution control unit, condensing units, and walk-in cooler equipment. Some other specialized features include its custom wood paneling and finishes. 


South Bay Construction

The project above showcases the firm’s work for the Kokkari Restaurant in San Francisco. Completed in 2015, this project features a timeless European old-world feel. Set inside of a four-story building, the firm’s team had to replace the entirety of its first floor, install an exhaust system, and other major features, such as hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams, lintels, shutters, and operable windows. 


Pacific Ridge Builders

Located in Los Gatos, this project was designed for the Hapa’s Brewing Company. It serves as the brand’s all-new taproom. It features a new kitchen, new bar, new restrooms, a bi-fold window connecting the indoor space with an outdoor beer garden.

Located in Menlo Park, this restaurant tenant improvement created Menlo Park’s popular community hub, Coffeebar. The project spans over 3,900 square feet and was completed in partnership with the professionals of Walker|Warner Architects. The tenant improvement created a rustic, modern environment with tongue and groove resawn wood walls and live-edge elm slab tables. Special features include a unique ceiling pattern of European acoustical tile, a one-of-a-kind chandelier crafted from bicycle chains, Terrazzo counters, and accent wall. Other contemporary and trendy elements include a beer and wine bar and lounge area and a community room with digital art displays.
