It spans over 75,000 square feet and was designed and constructed for Greenberg Glusker, a high-end law office. The firm’s team remodeled its lobby, installed a new, interconnective staircase, and built several custom secretarial stations. The project also includes extensive millwork, custom wood ceilings, and a library.

KPRS Construction Services

KPRS Construction  operates from its headquarters in Los Angeles and offers its clients a full range of general contracting services. Located at the Culver Steps, this space, built for the Amazon Creative Office, demonstrates the company’s artistry.  Amazon occupies 75,000 square feet of the mixed-use project, which won the firm an Award of Merit from the ENR California. This project was also honored with the Silver Project of the Year award from the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Howard CDM

McCormick Construction
