Featured is a 565,027 SF distribution facility in the greater Kansas City region for repeat client, Block Real Estate Services. The facility is located within the Lenexa Logistics Centre – a 117-acre Class A industrial park in which ARCO and Block have partnered to complete more than 3 million square feet of space. The facility features 56 dock positions, 36’ clear height, and a tilt-up concrete exterior. Additionally, the project included approximately 250,000 CY of rock blasting and crushing. ARCO is also currently building a 200,000 SF distribution facility within the park for end-user, MSI.

Designed and constructed for Northland Park, this 548,560-square-foot project was completed within a five-month timeframe. This new warehouse is the largest to date at the park and contains over 42 dock positions, four drive-in docks, and 130 trailer stalls.
