One of our personal favorites from the firm’s portfolio is pictured here. Located in Davie, this home underwent an extensive home renovation. It spans over 3,980 square feet and showcases an excellent modern and transitional theme. Inside, it houses four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The firm’s team was also tasked with updating its roofing, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, and insulation. It also oversaw the addition of a complete home automation and solar hot water system.

The addition itself spanned over 2,755 square feet. The firm also had to work on its MEP reconfiguration, its interiors, and the partial replacement of its old windows and doors. The home’s new master bedroom suite has its own walk-in closet and master bath suite.
Custom Homes Building and Remodeling

The project we’ve chosen to showcase above is the Villa Serena. It spans over 8,816 square feet and is located inside a luxury gated community in Weston. The home has six bedrooms, a great master suite, eight other bedrooms, and a gourmet-style kitchen. Some other impressive and unique features include a gaming room, a home office, a large laundry room, and a custom wine cellar. The firm’s team was tasked with designing an outstanding spiral staircase made of glass, multiple vaulted ceilings, and a covered Lanai in the backyard.
S3S Construction, Inc.
