Located at Stockyards in West Midtown, this project serves as one of Red Bull’s many regional offices. The space includes an activity room, a back porch area with bench seating, a reception area that features a drink lab and social hub, and various conference rooms.  

 

Winter Construction

The photo above displays the firm’s work for the Sonesta Resort at Hilton Head. It entailed an extensive renovation, including interior public areas, an exterior courtyard, and an event pavilion. It also has a  grand ballroom, fitness facility, and kids’ room. 

Albion

Inside, some of its most impressive features include a fitness room, a gathering area, and two stellar meeting rooms. It also has its own car elevator which can carry up to nine cars at a time. 

Chandlee and Sons Construction Company

It features plenty of innovative design elements including a View Glass, operable walls, writable surfaces, science laboratories, and more. The basement of the building will host the large kitchen, servery, and custom coffee bar. The firm worked in close collaboration with the client throughout the pre- to post-construction phases.

Glazer Design & Construction

The photo above is one of the firm’s best works. Completed for Fleming and Riles Insurance. It contains 7,230 square feet, with 2,890 square feet of unfinished space on its second floor. Inside, it entails over twenty-five offices, a conference room, and a break room. The firm also worked on its finishes, to create striking wood-stained casework, crowning, and flooring. 

Macallan Construction

Established in 2002, Macallan Construction operates from its office in Marietta and is known for its seamless and comprehensive approaches. It involved an extensive renovation of a one hundred-year-old historic train depot best known as Dooley’s Den at the Depot located in Emory University. Now, the space operates as a deli and spans 2,000 square feet. It has a refurbished kitchen layout, custom millwork, and striking new finishes.
