This 40,000-square-foot office renovation included exterior building upgrades and new improvements to the interiors as well. An efficient design-build MEP approach was utilized in the project to expedite the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and procurement. The result is a modern office space with sustainable features that earned the office a LEED-NC Gold certification. The space uses recycled, rapidly renewable, and low-emitting materials. Improved daylighting was applied in the interior, and indoor and outdoor water use was reduced through the efficient plumbing and xeriscaping. Throughout the building process, the team applied thorough project planning and a collaborative team effort.
