Teamwrkx Construction

The client, TR Manufacturing, LLC, partnered with Teamwrkx Construction and TDS Architects for the warehouse. It features over 100,000 square feet of office space, warehouse, and manufacturing facility, complete with 300 compressed dry air drops and 1200 electrical drops. A few of the notable amenities of this facility include the gym area, showers, and a spacious break room. The project was completed in under four months and delivered within the $7M budget. 


McCarthy Building

Hillhouse Construction Company

Swenson

Swenson has contributed to a majority of San Jose’s notable and memorable structures for more than one hundred years. This began when Carl Swenson moved to California in 1912 and started building commercial structures. The firm has been in the management of leaders whose initiative and construction values have remained strong for four generations. Today, it is a strong leader in development, construction, and architecture. Its team of skilled and licensed professionals is well-versed with complex projects.

Swenson’s portfolio of completed works ranges  from developments to ground-up work. A perfect illustration of the team’s expertise is the GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Tooling Development Center. Swenson provided design/build services for over 16,000 square feet of facility valued at $5.9M. It features an expansive facility, offices, and a parking structure with forty-one regular slots and two Accessible slots. Despite the large scope of the project, the team completed it in under ten months.  


W.L. Butler

For more than forty-five years, W.L. Butler has been one of Silicon Valley’s partners in reliable and durable construction projects. The MidPoint Office Park located in San Jose is among the firm’s industrial office projects. W.L. Butler worked with architect ArcTec for the design of the 415,000-square-foot facility. The ground-up Class A building features two 124,191-square-foot three-story buildings and two 83,309-square-foot two-story buildings. The team carefully constructed the project to give details of a campus feel with a greenbelt, a common area equipped with barbecues, outdoor fireplaces, areas for social events, and wood decking. This project earned the LEED Silver Certification and LEED Silver Core and Shell award.
