One of its most prominent projects is the renovation of a home originally designed by Fredrick Monhoff in 1949. The biggest challenges SweisKloss encountered were the small size of the house and corner lot, the many angled walls of the original house design, and creating a redesign that was sensitive to the original architecture. Indoor-outdoor flow both to the patio and the den on the other side was created with the use of folding doors and large windows, and by carrying the tile from the interior living space out to the patio and spa area.
